In the event you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please cancel no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, regrettably you will be responsible for paying half of the amount of scheduled service.

Metered parking (1-hr limit) is available throughout the neighborhood. Non-metered parking (2-hr limit) is available Franklin Street and west.

Convenient parking garages are located at Polk Street between Jackson and Pacific (Lombardi Garage, $3/hr, until 8pm) and next door to the Medical Arts building on Jackson ($1.50/20 mins, until 5pm). 

The location is served by several bus lines MUNI (12 Folsom, 27 Bryant, 47 Van Ness, 49 Van Ness-Mission).
